About Tera
Tera is a Louisville native with a passion for helping others navigate important life decisions with confidence. With a background as a local business owner, educational life coach, and youth mentor, she brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to real estate, focused on understanding each client’s unique goals and delivering a smooth, supportive experience from start to finish. Tera's love for home decor and design was nurtured and mentored while working as a fashion designer at Louisville's beloved Cherry House Furniture, formerly located on Hurstbourne Pkwy. She was blessed to work alongside high demand interior designers as they designed homes for Louisville's Homearama event. Additionally, Tera stages her personal furnished rentals and other investment projects. Tera's background in interior design and homestaging, along with her keen eye for detail makes her an invaluable resource in this industry.
Tera holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is an alumna of both the University of Louisville and Spalding University, where she graduated summa cum laude and received the Sister Agnes Lucille Raley Distinguished Undergraduate Award. Her academic background, combined with her passion for helping others, allows her to guide clients with both insight and care.
In addition to real estate, Tera is a local investor who enjoys hosting traveling professionals, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both homeownership and investment opportunities. She is known for her genuine nature, strong communication, and commitment to putting her clients first in every situation.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family as a devoted wife and mom, serving as an educational life coach and youth mentor for the JCPS school district, while she continues to stay actively involved in her church and local community.
