About Joshua

Hi, I’m Josh Nunn — born and raised in Dublin, Ohio, and a proud graduate of Dublin Coffman High School (Class of 2003). After earning my Bachelor’s in Consumer Affairs from The Ohio State University, I spent nearly a decade helping people navigate their finances in the banking world with Fifth Third Bank and Telhio Credit Union, before moving on to work as a mortgage processor and closer at Ethos Lending.

That experience gave me something most agents don’t have — an inside look at what lenders and underwriters are really looking for. I understand how credit works, how to strengthen it, and how to help clients position themselves for the best loan possible. (For the record, I practice what I preach — I’ve got an 800 credit score and have helped friends rebuild theirs or create budgets that actually work.)

When automation came for my job, I decided to chase the things I truly love: creativity, craftsmanship, and helping people. I built a business as an audio engineer, videographer, and photographer — and now, as a Realtor, I get to combine my problem-solving mindset, my hands-on skills, and my passion for helping others into one career.

I’ve been a homeowner for over 12 years and a proud DIYer who’s handled just about everything — flooring, drywall, plumbing, electrical — you name it. I know houses from the inside out (sometimes literally, from the crawlspace up).

Outside of real estate, I’m a musician and audio engineer — I play guitar, bass, and drums, and run live sound at Ace of Cups here in Columbus. I’m also a husband, a dad to a 7-year-old, and someone who believes that buying or selling a home doesn’t have to be stressful — it just takes the right guidance, a solid plan, and maybe a little humor along the way.
